Terms and Conditions – Performance Check

1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all services provided by AdWiser GmbH (hereinafter "Provider"). By booking a service, the customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Services
The provider offers the following services:
– Analysis with personal presentation via video call for CHF 1.
– Analysis exclusively with digital evaluation for CHF 920.

3. Conclusion of contract
Booking a service via the contact form on the provider's website is considered a binding order. By submitting the form, a legally binding contract is concluded between the customer and the provider.

4. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within three days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is three days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

5. prices and payment conditions
The prices quoted for the services are exclusive of VAT. Payment for the service is due upon invoicing within 10 days of the service being provided.

6. Disclaimer
The provider is not liable for damages that are not caused to the delivered item itself; in particular, the provider is not liable for lost profits or other financial losses suffered by the customer.

Privacy Policy
The provider undertakes to comply with the statutory data protection regulations and to treat all personal data confidentially.

8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the General Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain unaffected.
